You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Turn Around Time
Laurens Cottage operates on a two (2) business day turn around. Turn around time does not include shipping time. Orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST will be processed to ship within two (2) business days. However, our turn around time may vary during peak seasons. This would include Holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's and our peak Show Schedules in January and July. At these times our turn around time could change to a 3-4 day turn around.
When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify your Laurens Cottage customer service representative so that we can ensure your order reaches your customer in time. There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with your customer service representative for this information.
Shipping
- All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.
- Our standard shipping is UPS Ground. If you require special shipping, please specify at the time of your order. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and Saturday Delivery is available at an additional charge.
